  • Lactation counseling, also known as breastfeeding counseling, is a specialized form of support provided to individuals who are breastfeeding. Certified Lactation Counselors offer guidance, education, and assistance to help individuals achieve their breastfeeding goals and overcome any challenges they may encounter during the breastfeeding journey.

  • Lactation counseling can help address a wide range of conditions and issues related to breastfeeding, including:

    • Latch Difficulties: We help parents and babies achieve a comfortable and effective latch to ensure adequate milk transfer and prevent nipple pain or damage.

    • Low Milk Supply: We provide guidance and support to increase milk production through techniques such as frequent feeding, proper breast stimulation, and adequate hydration and nutrition.
